Frank D. Castillo
Managing Partner
Bringing more than 30 years of leadership experience, Mr. Castillo is passionate about building bridges between people and purpose. His career spans helping emerging and struggling companies in Silicon Valley, successfully managing non-profit organizations, and helping religious institutes wade through current civil and canonical challenges. With every organization, he has helped align mission and desired outcomes with strong operational controls, financial management, and lasting impact. Having earned a BSC in Finance (Santa Clara University) and a Master of Divinity (Reformed Theological Seminary), he blends business experience with a heart for service to help organizations and leaders thrive together.
